M6  How are you identifying and developing new church planters and planting teams?

We have a large and healthy/productive Church Multiplication Commission (formerly NCD) that works on finding and raising-up leaders…We are challenging our local congregations to identify and train (Mobilizing Leaders) potential church plant candidates…and we work the RCA and other networks.

M7  Be prepared to share one practical story of how multiplication is happening in your classis.

Fundamentally we are pretty healthy.  I believe the only negative is the financial strain due to the Miraloma situation.  We are going to work hard and deliberate regarding becoming more missional.

O1  What else do we need to know about the spirit and condition of your classis?
